Jim Keenan received a BS in Accounting from Bentley University and MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.  He worked in the premium audit departments for two leading insurance carriers specializing in workers compensation insurance for 8 years, achieving audit management status.  

After leaving the corporate world in 1986, he formed an independent premium auditing firm conducting thousands of final audits for over 20 different insurance carriers throughout MA, NH, and VT.

Since 1997, he has advocated for clients before NCCI Dispute Resolution Hearings, Independent Rating Bureaus, and Labor Departments.  He has authored several publications on premium auditing and dispute resolution.

With over 42 years’ experience in premium auditing issues, he has provided Expert Witness depositions, participated in Mediation Hearings, and testified in District and US Federal Courts throughout the country.
